To implement Ezhou’s “Hundreds–Thousands–Tens of Thousands” labor and skills competition initiative, the 2025 Semiconductor Industry Chain Employee Skills Competition—organized by the Gedian Development Zone Federation of Trade Unions and supported by multiple semiconductor enterprises—successfully came to a close.

As a key participating company, Sinyopto showcased the professional skills and spirit of its frontline employees, while actively contributing to regional talent development and high-quality industrial growth.

01 Comprehensive Skill Coverage, Real-World Competition Across Multiple Processes

The competition featured over ten skill categories covering essential semiconductor packaging processes, including:

Full-process defect detection

Die attach slurry cleaning

Nozzle replacement and optical alignment

Wire bonding threading and jig replacement

Dispensing machine operation

Molding board placement and mold-cleaning procedures

Testing machine cleaning

Taping machine cleaning

Packaging and bagging workflow

On-site quality system knowledge verification

These events systematically assessed participants’ operational proficiency, quality awareness, standardization compliance, and emergency handling capabilities.

02 Precision and Craftsmanship on Display

On the competition floor, participants from each production process demonstrated exceptional focus and professionalism:
die attach operators remained steady and precise; wire bonding technicians executed confident and accurate movements; quality inspectors maintained sharp attention; testing and taping teams worked methodically and efficiently.

Judges evaluated competitors through strict timing, verification, and scoring criteria, assessing both procedural accuracy and output quality. The atmosphere was intense yet encouraging, reflecting team spirit and craftsmanship.
