Sinyopto Wins 2025 Industry Core Award

On November 20, the 2025 “New Display Full-Industry-Chain Annual Conference and Aurora Awards Ceremony” hosted by Hangjjia Display was successfully held in Shenzhen. Leading enterprises, experts, and professional buyers from across China’s display industry gathered to discuss trends in LED display and MiP/Mini LED technologies.

Leveraging continuous breakthroughs in RGB and MiP packaging, stable delivery capability, and highly efficient supply chain collaboration, Sinyopto received the “2025 Supply Chain Enterprise Influence Award – RGB/MiP LED Packaging (Discrete Devices)”. This award reflects the industry's strong recognition of Sinyopto’s technological strength and industrialization capability.

01 MiP Leads the Way: From 4K to 8K, Accelerating Industrialization

Since launching the first-generation MiP (Micro LED in Package) in 2022, Sinyopto has remained at the forefront of MiP industrialization.
In 2024, the P0.9 MiP 2K made its debut; in 2025, Sinyopto released both 4K and 8K MiP displays in succession—pushing the technological ceiling of fine-pitch displays while proving MiP’s key advantages in scalability, stability, and mass-production feasibility, becoming a major driving force for MiP’s transition from technical verification to engineering implementation.

02 Five Core Product Matrices: Products that Define Capability

From holographic MiP packaging to outdoor high-brightness products, from rental-grade structural innovation to engineering-grade reliable packaging, Sinyopto has built a core product matrix covering multiple application scenarios in 2025.
The product portfolio has become more mature, R&D paths more focused, and the supply chain more resilient—forming a complete value loop from technology innovation → multi-category deployment → large-scale engineering validation.

03 Benchmark Cases: Real-World Applications that Prove Supply Chain Influence

Sinyopto’s technical capability is validated not only in laboratories but also through long-term performance in large-scale projects.
In the world’s largest single LED virtual production studio, millions of advanced devices operate stably to deliver ultra-high-definition visuals, setting new standards with high consistency, cold-screen performance, and anti-glare characteristics.

Sinyopto also continues to support national events such as the National Games and the Asian Winter Games, consistently delivering high-brightness, high-contrast visuals. Its devices are widely used in major performances and touring stages, maintaining reliability even under high-intensity usage conditions.

04 New Campus · New Production Lines · New Capabilities

In 2025, Sinyopto’s new manufacturing campus was officially launched, upgrading both capacity scale and strategic layout, and marking the company’s evolution from “high-end packaging” to a dual-driving system of Packaging + MiP Modules.

The new campus is built on digital-intelligent foundations:

The iTalent Data Hub enables full-spectrum monitoring of equipment, energy, and environment

MES × ERP × QMS systems are interconnected across the entire production flow

Digital twins and AI-driven process optimization support predictive maintenance and yield improvement

These capabilities greatly enhance Sinyopto’s strengths in mass production, delivery, and supply chain resilience—embodying the core values recognized by this award.

From technological breakthroughs to product matrices, from benchmark cases to intelligent-manufacturing upgrades, Sinyopto’s recognition as the “RGB/MiP LED Packaging Supply Chain Influence Award” winner represents a comprehensive affirmation of its technological depth and supply chain value.

Looking ahead, Sinyopto will continue to drive Micro LED advancement with MiP technology as its core engine and intelligent manufacturing as its foundation—accelerating the evolution of LED packaging toward smaller form factors, higher performance, and greater reliability, contributing stronger and more advanced core device capabilities to the new-display industry.
