On January 20, reporters observed at Sinyopto Optoelectronics' Class-100,000 cleanroom that an automated production line was meticulously transferring individual chips from LED epitaxial wafers onto circuit boards. These chips then undergo further processes—such as die bonding, wire bonding, dispensing, trimming, and light testing—to ultimately become finished LED beads.

"Cutting-edge transfer technology, precision and stability in packaging process control, overcoming defects like bubbles and cracks, managing ink color variations on MiP substrates, optimizing light-mixing effects in MiP panels, and tackling technical challenges such as minimizing cutting white borders and preventing bright/dark lines at panel joints—these are just some of the hurdles the young team at Sinyopto’s optoelectronics lab has been tackling head-on. Devoting up to 12 hours a day to their work, this dedicated group is pushing full throttle toward delivering a stellar start in 2025."
