As a result, the complexity of testing shifts from the chip level to the package level, reducing the stringent precision requirements for test equipment. This innovative technology is perfectly suited for the ongoing trend of chip miniaturization. Additionally, the packaging process incorporates massive transfer technology, striking an optimal balance between time efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
