Sinyopto's Growth Story: It took us 3 months from groundbreaking to production launch.

On September 10, Hubei Sinyopto Co., Ltd. held a simple ceremony in its workshop to officially announce the start of production for the Sinyopto Optoelectronics Project.
In just six months, Sinyopto Optoelectronics achieved rapid growth: the company was established in April 2021; by July 2021, its groundbreaking Mini/Micro LED next-generation display device industrialization project had been successfully implemented in Hubei Province; and in September 2021, production at the Sinyopto Optoelectronics facility officially began.

One step at a time, the Sinyopto optoelectronics team is leaving its mark as they sprint wholeheartedly toward their dreams. In just three short months, Sinyopto has demonstrated remarkable speed in the LED packaging sector—driven by hard work and unwavering professional expertise.
The Sinyopto optoelectronics project spans 300 mu of land, with a total construction area of 400,000 square meters and a total investment of 4 billion yuan. Upon completion, it will become a manufacturing base capable of producing 50,000 KK Mini/Micro LED display devices per month—making it the world's largest production facility for LED display components.
As the project begins production, the workshop will swiftly move into both small- and large-batch trial production and ramp up capacity. Production capacity will be gradually released in phases, with an anticipated monthly output of 2,500KK by November, eventually reaching 5,000KK per month by January 2022. The product portfolio includes series such as small-pitch, Mini, and outdoor applications.

Additionally, in terms of factory construction, Sinyopto Optoelectronics is closely following the trend by developing and building a digital and intelligent manufacturing workshop. Currently, the company has already invested 60 million yuan into constructing a digital system, with the single-story factory space exceeding 12,000 square meters—ideal for enabling full automation and modularity.
Today, Sinyopto Optoelectronics maintains close partnerships with renowned display manufacturers such as Leyard, Absen, and Unilumin. Looking ahead, the company will leverage the strategic location of the Gedian Economic Development Zone to build its production base, enabling seamless integration into the local industrial cluster, maximizing access to premium customer resources, and strengthening collaborative partnerships with both upstream and downstream enterprises.
Chairman Li Hongxing believes that the construction of the Mini/Micro LED next-generation display device industrialization project not only keeps pace with the technological advancements and market demands of the ultra-high-definition industry, aligning seamlessly with industry policy directions, but also helps the sector gradually reverse the "chip shortage and screen scarcity" situation, paving the way for the emergence of an era defined by "integrated chip, display, and device solutions."
