Thinner than a strand of hair! Sinyopto Optoelectronics Unveils Micro LED Chip

Recently, Sinyopto's official WeChat account unveiled its new Micro LED product line along with detailed information about it.

The XT Xintu series includes four specifications: P0.7, P0.6, P0.3, and P0.1. Among these, the P0.1 product can be used for Micro LED automotive displays; the P0.3 product can be assembled into 68'' 4K and 136'' 8K display screens; the P0.6 product can be combined into 110'' 4K and 220'' 8K displays; and the P0.7 product is suitable for assembling 136'' 4K and 272'' 8K screens.

The Micro LED chips used in this product series, Approximately 1/500 the size of a Mini LED chip, with a width equal to half the diameter of a human hair.

The product boasts a contrast ratio of up to 1,000,000:1, with black levels reaching approximately 99%. Notably, this series of products features Mip integrated packaging, along with common cathode driving and STAMP-based mass transfer technology. Additionally, the package thickness is less than half that of conventional Mini LED modules, delivering an optimal balance of efficiency, yield, and cost-effectiveness.
